1.9 TDI PD Firad 50, 80, 100, 120 & 160% Injectors

A fully reconditioned set of 4 genuine Bosch PD Injectors fitted with the nozzle of your choice.

Assembled to specific nozzle opening pressures, calibrated and balanced to achieve optimum fuel deliveries. Idle fuel deliveries are the same as a stock injector making it easier for re-mapping.

We supply performance/test reports with the results. All injectors supplied will have a set of new fitment seals, the necessary washers and fitting instructions.
Our PD + % are a range of refurbished Bosch PD injectors fitted with genuine Firad Nozzles.

As part of your performance engine build, our bespoke up-rated injectors fitted with the following nozzles will help achieve the following BHP. We have also found that the best injector body to use is 0414 720 038 – 038 130 073 AL

Power achievable is subject to the correct build and re-mapping.

Firad Nozzles:

+ 50% > 290 BHP
+ 80% > 310 BHP
+ 100% > 340 BHP
+ 120% > 380 BHP
+ 160% > 400 BHP

This is the price if you send in your units for us to have upgraded by our specialist. Please don’t forget to put a note in the parcel so we know that they have come from you and also let us have contact details. The turnaround is normally 7-10 days.

Pay the refundable core surcharge:

The cost for us to send you injectors when you return your original units and they conform with our requirements as set out in our terms of service.

We will pass you credit as indicated as a core surcharge. We will need the same part number as you receive “like for like”.
