Ported and Polished 1.9 TDi 8v Cylinder Head

AR Performance 1.9 TDi Gas Flowed cylinder head

All work will be carried out on a second hand cylinder head and then reworked making it a “ready to fit” head.

This is an essential upgrade to achieve over 300+bhp. the stock head really struggles on the PD engines so with the ported head you will see better power, better spool from the turbo and most importantly lower exhaust gas temps.

Our ported head comes with the following,

• Gas flowed exhaust + intake chambers
• New valve guides
• New stem seals
• Skimmed face (ready to fit)
• All valves checked and cleaned (new ones added FOC if needed)
• Stock valve springs

We can also offer a camshaft kit with the cylinder head, which we can install (if required) so the head is ready to bolt straight onto your build! We currently offer the following options:

• Stock Billet TDI Camshaft Kit
• SDI Steel Camshaft Kit
• STC 272º Camshaft Kit
• dBilas 272º Camshaft Kit

We also offer uprated small Dbilas valve springs in our heads, we have tried and tested over 500hp with no issues, also we find they add less strain on the camshaft and lifters as they are not to stiff. These are an additional £130.

A surcharge of £75 is applicable if you do not send in your own cylinder head for modification.
